Video Policy

We encourage our users to make videos using our game content, such as playthrough or instruction videos or SFM movies. We are fine with publishing these videos to your website or YouTube or similar video sharing services. We’re not fine with taking assets from our games (e.g. voice, music, items) and distributing those separately.

Use of our content in videos must be non-commercial. By that we mean you can’t charge users to view or access your videos. You also can’t sell or license your videos to others for a payment of any kind.

You are free to monetize your videos via the YouTube partner program and similar programs on other video sharing sites. Please don’t ask us to write YouTube and tell them its fine with us to post a particular video using our content. It’s not possible to respond to each such request. Point them to this page.

Our Privacy Policy explains how Owned by Gravity GmbH collects, uses, and discloses information about you. The terms “Owned by Gravity GmbH,” “we,” “us,” and “our” include Owned by Gravity GmbH and our affiliates. We use the terms “member,” “you,” and “your” to mean any person using our SITE SERVICES or attending related events, including any organization or person using the Site Services on an organization’s behalf. This Privacy Policy applies to the processing of information about newsletter subscribers, customers and other individuals that we collect when you use our “Platform,” which means any website, application, or services we offer, or when you communicate with us.

1.5.  OWNED BY GRAVITY GMBH is the data controller under EU data protection legislation used in connection with personal information contained in this Privacy Policy and personal information contained in this Privacy Policy which is used by our Partners in connection with our SITE SERVICES is managed by the data controller of the relevant partner.

 

2. CHILD PROTECTION

 

2.1. We recognise that we have a special obligation to protect children’s personal information. For legal reasons, children below the age of 13 cannot have a OWNED BY GRAVITY GMBH newsletter account, nor do we knowingly collect personal information from these children. 11. CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY

 

11.1. We may make changes to the Privacy Policy if we deem necessary, e.g. legal reasons or to reflect changes in SITE SERVICES. Any changes made will be reflected on the revised Privacy Policy, available online. We will also update the LAST UPDATED date.

 

11.2. Once changes to the Privacy Policy are made, they will become legally binding 30 days after they are posted online. During that period, you may contact  if you have specific questions about the changes. Unfortunately, if you disagree with any changes, regardless of whether or not you contact us, your only option is to cease using SITE SERVICES.
